House Manager / Personal Assistant For Executive Couple – Newport Beach, CA

This is a newly created role. We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented House Manager / Personal Assistant to support a high-level executive couple with multiple homes in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and Corona del Mar. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, self-motivated, and possess a unique balance of discretion, efficiency, and thoughtful service. This position is based out of a private home office near the primary Newport Beach estate, not in the home itself.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and maintenance of multiple residences
  • Oversee vendors and service providers
  • Coordinate travel plans and detailed itineraries
  • Organize household and guest logistics
  • Provide light personal assistance (shopping, errands, scheduling)
  • Office-based, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility

Qualifications:

  • An excellent communicator with strong tech skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • A quiet, confident leader who enjoys supporting others
  • Experienced in travel coordination and property oversight
  • Thoughtful, proactive, and respectful of privacy
  • Someone who treats principals like family and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly
  • 5+ years' experience in estate/household management
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience managing calendars, emails, and budgets
  • Local to Orange County or willing to relocate (relocation costs will not provided)
  • Valid driver's license and clean record

Compensation & Schedule:

Compensation between $165,000 to $175,000, commensurate based on qualifications and experience. The general work schedule is Monday through Friday with the flexibility to work additional hours in the evenings or weekends as requested
