As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and prospects. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the right outside sales rep—building the foundation for your own future sales territory. Your care and professionalism in managing these interactions will directly impact the success of our sales team.

A Typical Day Might Include:

  • Following up with inbound leads and providing a exceptional customer experience
  • Calling and emailing prospects to understand their needs and introduce our solutions
  • Partnering with outside sales reps to help close deals and learn the trade
  • Logging activity and insights into our CRM
  • Supporting local events and trade shows to connect with potential customers
  • Growing your sales skills every day with mentorship and real-world learning
