Position Summary

The Recruiter / Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent to meet the dynamic hiring needs of Amphenol. This role plays a critical part in building talent pipelines, supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team, the Recruiter/Sourcer will proactively source candidates through a variety of channels, maintain organized candidate tracking, and contribute to Amphenol’s employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is resourceful, data-driven, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and complex organizational environments, bringing a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and attention to detail to the recruitment process

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search to find top candidates.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for high-priority or recurring roles.
  • Attend career fairs, campus recruitment, and industry events to attract talent.

Candidate Engagement & Screening

  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Present candidate summaries to the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.

Collaboration with Hiring Teams

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Support interview scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Provide market insights and sourcing feedback to hiring managers.

Recruitment Administration

  • Post jobs and manage applicants through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates.
  • Report on sourcing metrics and activity to support hiring decisions.

Employer Branding

  • Represent Amphenol as an employer of choice in all candidate interactions.
  • Share content that highlights Amphenol’s culture and career opportunities.
  • Support internal and external branding initiatives.

Process Improvement

  • Provide suggestions to enhance sourcing strategy and efficiency.
  • Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and recruitment workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role.
  • Proven experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume, and complex organizational settings.
  • Experience in technical, manufacturing, or engineering recruitment is a plus.
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
