GENERAL SUMMARY
Direct and supervise branch staff in providing quality service to members in the
areas of account transactions, lending, new accounts and solving problems within
established policies and guidelines. Implement actions to achieve or exceed
branch lending and member service goals and other key goals that will contribute
to the growth of the branches and the credit union as a whole.
