DEFINITION
This is a call center position working with clients and other office staff.
Primary assignments include answering calls, scheduling and checking in clients
for appointments, and entering demographic information into the EHR system.
This position works within Carastar Health's Call Center, 988 Lifeline Call
Center, or the Access to Care Call Center which covers a region beyond the
agency. Willingness to cross-train and rotate among Carastar fac
