The Team Leader runs the laminator machine and provides basic adjustments as
needed. This person will work with facings, fiberglass, and tab combinations.
Follows all safety procedures and understands all safety equipment. Responsible
for quality of all rolls including, but not limited to tabs, glue usage, poly
usage, roll length, and labeling of rolls as needed. Directs activities of
General Laborers to keep production running efficiently.
