PURPOSE OF THE CLASSIFICATION:
Responsible for the participation of and oversight of skilled maintenance and
construction work involving water and sewer plants.
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
Oversees and participates in storm sewer draining system maintenance, repair
and construction.
Finishes and rough concrete repair work in streets, sidewalks and driveways,
including water and sewage cuts.
