This position operates plastics extruder(s) and related downstream equipment in
a foam plastics manufacturing environment. The duties include following the
production schedule and making sure all supplies needed for production are
available. The Extruder Operator will be a team member who has the ability to
lead and follow.
Responsibilities:

Perform a cold start of the extruder
Properly shut do
Assists in production by following processes and procedures that are set and by
complying with safety guidelines and practices. As a team member this person
will maintain organization and tidiness throughout their shift.

Assists to unload inbound deliveries of raw materials.
