Operates trucks, tractors, rollers, tractor mowers, and other pieces of
equipment in the maintenance and repair of roads and landscape.
Operates a motor grader in digging and opening ditches, grading shoulders
and slopes, and other rough grading.
Operates bulldozer in clearing right of way, backfilling, and performing
other grading or moving work.

Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound customer communications
throughout contact channels, including phone, email, retail, and chat. Report
team and department evaluations to leadership.
Provide and assess trend analysis across all criteria and channels to
recommend training needs based on results.
Work with training to maintain and update all existing Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP) to include

process or images that did not meet the minimum requirements for initial review.
Make corrections to transactions based on photographic evidence to assign
the correct license plate information
The Application Engineer is the primary technical resource for the Sales and
Pricing Departments, providing technical expertise and solutions during the
Bidding process. The Applications Engineer establishes strong relationships with
the Engineering, Sales, Pricing and Manufacturing Teams. The Applications
