The Employment Specialist works as a member of a small team to assist adults who

home-based services. The primary mission of home-based intervention is to reduce
a crisis, engage clients in intervention services, and prevent out of home
placement of the consumers. Services are provided primarily as a team.
DESCR
This is responsible professional work in conducting intake assessments and
developing treatment plans for the seriously mentally ill. This position is
assigned to one or more counties within Carastar’s catchment area.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Conduct initial intake interviews of clients according to established procedure,
assessing the client's problems and needs, developing an initial diagnosis.
