Job Title: Recruiter
Department: Operations
Purpose: The Recruiter is responsible for filling open territories with top talent to expand our field team. Recruiters manage a variety of duties associated with full cycle recruiting. Recruiters will be expected to collaborate with team members to further develop the recruiting department in a growing organization.

Job Duties:
- 90% Recruiting / 10% Administrative
- Prioritize recruiting needs through strategic planning
- Log recruiting requisitions
- Post job openings
- Review applications to evaluate against position requirements
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions by conducting screening calls and phone/video interviews
- Set proper expectations with prospective candidates
- Verify candidate has the proper equipment and technical ability
- Conduct confidential background check screenings
- Make territory contract offer and send on-boarding documents
- Verify on-boarding documents for accuracy and compile user access information
- Update candidates' status and record detailed interactions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct regular follow-up with management counterparts to determine the effectiveness of contract hires, recruiting plans and strategy
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates as well as build your network
- Creatively source candidates and identify new recruiting sources
- Participate in department and company meetings
- Collaborate with ATS Administrators to improve system functionality
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding interviews, referrals, contract hires, and turnovers within internal tracking system
- Follow up with candidates not selected for the current contract
- Regularly use proprietary system to generate information to present to candidates (territory information, sample reports, etc.), verify territory compensation, and confirm availability of projects in territory
- Use Google Hangouts to communicate with coworkers and show presence during work hours
- Analyze ATS reports to aid in recruiting efforts and strategy
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven Experience with Sourcing, Recruiting, and Interviewing
- Professional Communications Skills
- Good Judgement and Decision Making Ability
- Extensive Knowledge of ATS and Job Boards
- Goal Oriented and Results Driven
- Highly Organized
- Ability to Travel Occasionally
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Google Drive a Must
