Qualifications:Minimum of 4 year(s) of experience in Federal equal employment opportunity OR HS/GED Degree - Extensive experience preparing the MD-715 report
- Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel
- OBIEE; MS SharePoint; MS Teams; MS PowerPoint
Duties:The enrollee will collect, analyze, and display statistical data to develop the FY23 MD-715 report in compliance with agency guidelines. - Preparation of statistical tables 25%
- Data analysis 35%
- Data display 15%
- Preparation of written components (executive summary, planned actions, etc.,) 25%
Other:- EEO Specialists are required to have 8 hours of EEO related training annually.
- Consultation with BLM OCR Specialists who work with the MD-715.
- Physical requirements: Enrollee will be required to sit at a desk and work at a computer for hours at a time.
