CLUB Customer Service

Position Summary:

Provide legendary customer service experience by greeting and assisting guest, presenting them with the benefits to become a CLUB Member, and executing the application fulfillment and other processes from start to finish.

Ability to consistently exceed guest expectations and show commitment to Big Cedar Lodge Core Values.

Essential Functions:

  • Proactively greets guest and presents them with the opportunity to become a CLUB Member and provides current CLUB members with a unique and exclusive experience.      
  • Details the benefits of being a CLUB Member and leverages the appropriate experience integration to persuade guest to apply to become a CLUB Member.                                                                                                 
  • Responsible for meeting goals and objectives set by the Marketing Department.                                  
  • Responsible for adhering to and complying with the policies established for the credit information gathering process, including guidelines from banking regulations and bank partners.                                                                    
  • Responsible for keeping inventory accurate and organized to include important documents, customer's premiums, etc. 
  • Provides daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner. Provides peer coaching, recognition and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.                                                                                                                                                    
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile:

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 0 to 2+ Years' Experience Preferred.

Skills, Knowledge and Ability

  • Must be able to read documents, printouts, reports, computer screens and other written communication.
  • Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with guest and co-workers.
  • Must be able to write, type and use phone system.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with guest and co-workers.
  • Ability to have a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills - Using basic computer hardware and software (e.g., personal computers, word processing software, Internet browsers, etc.).  Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constancy to move objects.
