Qualifications:Minimum of 10 year(s) of experience in Government office administration OR AA Degree in Business, management or administration - Professional experience as a program assistant, administrative support assistant or administrative officer.

- ARIS, ARMPS, ATS, CATS, Concur, IAS, SAMS
Duties:Provide training on administrative duties as well as policy and systems common to Program Support Assistants (PSA). Assist units by completing PSA duties when needed. Experience with the following tasks preferred:
? Concur: Domestic travel, foreign travel, sponsored travel
? IAS/IPP Requisition package preparation
? Personnel action paperwork (schedule/supervisor changes, separations)
? Non-federal suitability/clearance paperwork and tickets
? Foreign National clearance paperwork and tickets (separate from non-fed suitability)
? Timekeeping (if WebTA used at previous agency)

NOTE: This position has the option to work remotely.
- May provide training on the administrative processes and systems related to financial (including CATS), procurement, agreements, property, personnel (preparing sample position descriptions, performance management, RPES, recruitment, onboarding, separation, promotion and LA appointments), and purchasing (approving expenditures, utilizing Purchase Card Management System and Blanket Purchase Agreements) duties of a PSA. 25%
- May provide training on domestic, foreign and contributed or sponsored travel policy and systems. 25%
- May provide training on the Annual Resource Management Plan (ARMPS) process and systems including developing and executing the annual budget. 20%
- May provide training on procedures, systems, and documentation requirements for the Current Research Information System (CRIS) projects, OSQR, research plans, annual progress reports, research associate proposals, and manuscripts. 20%
- Assists units by preparing documents, entering information and monitoring administrative actions. Actions may include but are not limited to domestic and foreign travel, agreements, manuscripts, invention disclosures, fund transfers, post doc applications, annual reports. Provides reports and information to the research leader when requested. 10%
