B. QUALIFICATIONS:
Employee must have a Master's degree in a counseling or related field, with a minimum of associate licensure (LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT) and three years' expereince. Employee must have the ability to multitask, organize responsibilities in order of priority, develop processes to analyze information, assess for clinical quality standards, possess strong verbal and written skills, collaborate with multi-systems and programs, utilize technological systems, including electronic medical record systems and state/federal data systems etc.
(Physical) No lifting of more than 20 pounds.

Complete 5% clinical reviews, Authorizations for treatment for various programs, develop and implement clinical trainings. Develop qualitative and quantitative reporting that supports findings of reviews.
