Marketing Associate

Job Summary: Provide marketing support to the department and/or manager. Assigned marketing projects will include brand management and marketing communications for the corporate office and divisions within the Bay Family of Companies. This job description is not intended to be all inclusive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining brand standards for logos, brochures, flyers, and banners
  • Content curation and creation for social media, newsletters, blogs, etc.
  • Google Analytics & Google AdWords
  • Some photography and video editing   
  • Email marketing using Constant Contact
  • Corporate event planning

Education and Experience:

  • 2 years of experience or education in marketing or a related field
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite Package required
  • SEO knowledge
  • Experience with Google Analytics/AdWords
  • WordPress experience helpful

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Strong writing and copyrighting skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-departmental team
