Load Document Coordinator

To support the asset operation by providing administrative functions of document verification in support of customer billing and asset settlements in a timely matter with efficiency and accuracy.
 
Education and Experience
  1. Post-secondary education. (Associate's degree or commensurate work experience highly desirable; and/or demonstrated work experience, preferably 2+ years working in an accounting function requiring attention to detail.
  2. Must have a basic understanding of general administrative, billing and accounting processes.
  3. Must be able to adapt with high work volumes in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating patience, professionalism, and positivity.
  4. Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently.
  5. Must be a team player, amendable to a variety of work projects.
  6. Must be detail-oriented, able to handle confidential materials, possess strong organizational, prioritizing, analytical, decision making and math skills.
  7. Must be proficient and responsive to internal and external customer situations, responding to customer needs as required.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
  9. Excellent communication skills (written, listening and verbal).
 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Verify and audit process load documents in a timely matter to keep loads current. 
  2. Verify and audit document accuracy for customer billing and settlement pay. 
  3. Fact finding with the operations, customer service and other departments for needed information.
  4. Answer settlement phone call inquiries and emails from drivers and other departments. 
  5. Have a firm understanding of ATS procedure in order to make sound decisions in regards to customer and settlements pay requirements.
  6. Ensure company and contractor pay align with pay schedule and contract. 
  7. Analyze situations based on load specific scenarios in relation to customer billing and driver settlement pay requirements.  
  8. Work in a team environment to meet individual and team/department goals. 
  9. Function consistently, effectively, and reliably in accordance with the Company's values as set forth in our core competencies and behaviors to foster ATS's culture (All Employee Competencies).
  10. Complete work responsibilities outside of normal business hours as needed.  
  11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

This position performs work primarily in an office setting.
1. Constantly in a stationary position and occasionally will move around.
2. Constantly operates a keyboard and mouse and constantly utilizes a computer monitor(s).
3. Constantly conversing with internal and external customers in person or via phone system.
