Estate Manager

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Estate Manager to oversee three private homes in Aspen, CO. Although this is a new role, our client is well established in the Aspen area. Responsibilities include daily property monitoring, coordinating and supervising all maintenance work, and responding to property emergencies. The family resides in Aspen for at least five months each year and is seeking candidates interested in a long-term commitment. Immediate interviews are available, with a flexible start date.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in estate management or luxury hospitality.
  • Proven track record of managing high-end estates with stellar references.
  • Strong communication, management, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite).
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive household systems and maintenance plans.
  • Lead a team of housekeepers and vendors, ensuring peak operational performance.
  • Will liaison with the Maintenance Division Responsive, to notify of any issues.
  • Manage all aspects of the property administration, from project management to financial oversight.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with the family office and service providers.
  • Provide comprehensive guest services as required.

 

Compensation: Competitive salary of $175,000, depending on experience, with an exceptional benefits package, including health insurance. Housing assistance is available.
