Plant HR Manager
The Human Resources Manager will plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to Human Resources functions, including, but not limited to, onboarding, recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, payroll, and community relations. The position will work proactively with plant management to develop Human Resources strategies that align the workforce with company performance goals and needs. This position may supervise HR staff at the plant.

Partners with the plant leadership team to understand and execute the plant's HR and talent plans, particularly those related to current and future talent needs, recruiting, and retention.

Maintains employee records, including, but not limited to, personnel files and application logs, as required by law, local governing bodies, or departments in the organization.

Participates in the talent acquisition process, which may include attending career fairs, interviewing, and hiring qualified job applicants.

Serves as a consultant to managers on relevant federal and state employment laws; legal, ethical, and work-related issues; HR process, programs, and policies; and employee disciplinary issues.
