Driver (NCDL) / Warehouse

 

 The Warehouse Associate/Back Up Driver will perform all functions pertaining to receiving and shipping which includes verifying/recording the quantity and quality of all incoming/outgoing material and all related paperwork/documentation.  This position will also assist in delivering materials to job sites/customer office when necessary and keeping the warehouse clean, neat and in safe working conditions at all times.  The emphasis on this position will be driving.

Responsibilities:

  • Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.
  • Prepares materials for third party shipping (palletizing and shrink wrapping).
  • Loads and unloads trucks of products and materials.
  • Verifies quality and quantity of all incoming materials.
  • Ensures accurate inventory by verifying material counts.
  • Follows all safety policies and protocols.
  • Safely deliver material to job site or customer’s office.
  • Safely operate forklift.

Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment, preferred.
  • One-year verifiable experience driving a straight truck, required.
  • Ability to pass Driver Background Check and meet DOT regulations to receive and maintain a med card, required.
  • Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
