District Sales Manager

The District Sales Manager for Bay Insulation Systems travels throughout the geographic area of Northern Mississippi and western Tennessee. This position will contact contractors, insulation companies, brokers, manufacturers, and other specifiers of Metal Building Insulation.  In addition, the District Sales Manager will be representing EXPI-DOOR Systems Inc., our specialized metal walk door manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and presents quotes.
  • Acquires customer orders.
  • Handles customer questions, complaints, and needs.
  • Develops, reviews, and implements district sales plan.
  • Manages internal customer support.
  • Promotes Bay Insulation Systems and products throughout the district.
  • Generate new customers and new sales.
  • Continue to build current customer relationships.
  • Manages expenses and territory travel plan. 
  • Ability to travel overnight and work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications:

  • 4 or more years of sales experience, required.
  • Construction related sales experience, required.
  • Metal Building construction knowledge and experience, preferred.
  • A college degree, preferred.
