Veterinary Assistant

What We Do Matters

Our hospital is built on a foundation of core values that guide everything we do. How we treat pets, clients, our Team Members, and our communities matter. And the way we consistently approach our work with both passion and compassion is by using our core set of values to guide us every day, every time. Our core values aren't just a blurb in a company handbook. These values are at the heart of who we are and what we do, and we are proud to live by them every day.

Our Culture

At The Veterinary Medical Center of The Woodlands, we believe the best way to provide compassionate, quality care to pets is by putting relationships—with our clients, patients, Team Members, and community—at the heart of everything we do.

We're a close-knit group of experienced veterinary professionals that pride ourselves on our ability to offer mentorship, support, a collaborative workplace, excellent communication, patient care, and client education skills. In addition to caring for pets, we also care for each other. Through day-to-day interactions and organized team-building activities, we create an environment where personal health and well-being is important and every individual matters.

We offer a complete benefits package, including free uniforms annually, generous personal pet discounts, six paid holidays, paid time off, and health/dental/vision insurance. Oh, and we like to have fun!
