Cycle Counter

 

 

Position Summary

The Materials Handler - Cycle Counter will maintain and monitor the warehouse inventory and perform physical counts on a regular basis. They will confirm and evaluate count results and make appropriate adjustments to eAutomate. This position requires a flexible self-starter who can perform job tasks and duties with minimal supervision.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical counts and confirm and evaluate count results.
  • Update changes within Loffler systems.
  • Develop a claims process and record-keeping tools to allow for efficient recovery of funds.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment daily.
  • Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:        

  • Reports to office full time.
  • Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good customer service and communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Basic computer skills.

 

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Inventory control, freight, damage claims, and processing experience.
  • Experience in performing audits and reconciliations.

  • Constant bending and lifting is required.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Frequently required to use hands to handle objects, tools or controls.
