Healthcare Technology Solutions Lead
Plan Group Inc. is looking for an experienced Healthcare Technology Solutions Lead to join our Technology business unit. You'll excel in strategic thinking and have a proven track record in delivering customer-centric results, with a focus on collaborative communication. Comfortable in fast-paced settings, you'll multitask, prioritize, and lead technology driven solutions. Strong leadership skills and decisive decision-making are essential.
The Healthcare Technology Solutions Lead communicates with internal and external stakeholders, further developing client relationships, and supporting overall business unit growth. They'll establish a rapport with clients and promote Plan Group's solutions.
As a Healthcare Technology Solutions Lead, you will:
- Design and implement new technology solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current technology solutions for clients.
- Respond to tenders by creating a competitive BoM.
- Plan and design specific Healthcare technology solutions.
- Partner as a technical liaison with healthcare customers and vendors as required.
- Work closely with the internal Technology team as a subject matter expert.
- Maintain regular client communication to ensure satisfaction and provide project updates.
- Coordinate efforts with the Business Development team to maximize client relationship development.
- Promote brand awareness through conventions, trade shows, and public relations.
- Maintain accuracy in CRM to support client relationships.
- Stay informed on new or emerging trends and technologies that provide clear benefits to the organization.
- Work collaboratively with the Equans Digital Canada and Global teams.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in Healthcare technology solution design and deployment
- Direct reference ability with large Canadian healthcare regions
- Technical domain expert in Healthcare Technologies (IoT systems, Integration, RTLS, Nurse Call, Charting, Portering, Scheduling, Dietary, Wayfinding, etc)/
- Direct experience in completing large, complex P3 hospital design/build projects in Canada
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong public speaking skills
