Now Hiring: Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate
Join Comfort Systems USA MidAtlantic, LLC, a leading provider for HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing building systems since 1970. We're expanding our team and looking for a licensed CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate who shares our commitment to safety, honesty, respect, innovation, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Make deliveries to jobsites using company vehicles
- Safely operate various vehicles, including pickup trucks and a 24’ Freightliner Flatbed Truck
- Pull 12’-24’ trailers loaded with equipment efficiently
- Operate forklifts and construction lifts for loading and unloading materials
- Receive and organize 3rd party delivery items
- Stock materials and maintain organized warehouse racks
- Assist with inventory control practices
- Perform yard duties as directed
- Maintain warehouse and facilities cleanliness and organization
- Communicate delivery needs and ETA with other team members and managers
- Follow safety procedures by Comfort Systems MidAtlantic and DOT
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and computer software
- Evaluate and provide feedback on area safety needs
- Assist in implementing safety policies, procedures, and training
- Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have CDL B and hold a valid Medical Card
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Construction experience preferred
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis
