Test Technician - Signal Integrity

Responsibilities:
- The Test Technician will assist and perform necessary measurements of a device under test to ensure products operate within specification.
- Work on the production line, performing signal integrity testing to ensure electrical specifications of manufactured passive DUTs are met
- Assist with S-Parameter measurements for Product Engineering, R&D Engineering and Operations with a 6 GHz, 40 GHz and 67 GHz Vector Network Analyzer
- Assist with obtaining Electrical Measurements with a 4-Wire Meter, Oscilloscope, and Function Generator.
- Assist with performing repeatable measurements for experiments and characterizations
- Assist with performing repeatable cycle or stress measurements using mechanical fixtures or obtains mechanical parameters
- Accurately record, store, and process data in Excel to create graphs and reports with PowerPoint
- Keep track of all work and experiments performed in a Laboratory Notebook
- Interact as needed with Manufacturing and Engineering
- Cautious around highly sensitive equipment and performs work with consistency and precision
Physical Requirements:
- Repeatable Process: Connecting and disconnecting threaded cable connectors by hand requiring the use of precision torque and or static wrenches
- Largely Sedentary role: This position will use benchtop instruments and computers
Qualifications:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Strong geometric, numerical, and statistical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret geometric drawings, schematics, and block diagrams
- Proficient in Microsoft Products- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong accuracy and organizational skills
This position requires access to controlled technology that is subject to US export controls.
