Position: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Nashua, NH

Work Schedule: Full time in office in Nashua, NH

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The position will be located on-site in Nashua, NH.

The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with Recruitment related functions on a professional level and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support our Talent Acquisition function. This position will assist with strategic objectives in the following functional areas: Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding and Orientation, Employee Engagement, Safety, Compliance, and additional special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support talent acquisition and candidate experience initiatives; collaborate with management regarding job descriptions, evaluating candidates, utilizing available tools to search and recruit qualified candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, maintaining accurate records, and tracking recruiting activities
  • Data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely entry of recruitment metrics into systems
  • Track/monitor information for a high volume of candidates
  • Assist with recruiting functions as needed such as candidate dispositions, offer letters, etc.
  • Provide day-to-day site HR support as needed
  • Extensive calendar scheduling and communication via email to internal and external stakeholders, own end-to-end scheduling of on-site and virtual interviews for a global team including pre-meetings, debriefs, etc.
  • Coordinate candidate travel and manage expenses related to interview travel
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Other responsibilities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 3 years of experience with scheduling, ideally within an HR/recruiting function
  • Interest in learning additional aspects of HR and recruitment

SKILLS:

  • Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously, while remaining organized and process oriented
  • Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and find innovative solutions
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and deploy efforts to critical issues in a timely manner
  • Must be able to interact effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • A customer-focused mindset with a high sense of ownership
