Account Executive
Job Details
This is a hybrid work schedule with in-office days (Tuesday/Thursday in the Lowell office) and remote workdays (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) unless a client onsite meeting is required.
Compensation
Base salary: $55,000–$80,000, uncapped commission plan- total compensation range 130-160K, plus a 100% company-paid medical plan.

What You Will Do
- Manage inside sales pipeline, complete daily sales activities including calls, emails, video messages, and proposal creation, logging all activity in our CRM system
- Generate and qualify leads, scheduling at least four prospect meetings monthly
- Develop strong relationships with networking partners and referral sources
- Identify, develop, and close recurring and project opportunities
- Create and manage quotes within our quoting system
- Collaborate with internal resources to deliver client-focused solutions
- Stay informed on clients' industries, trends, and technology applications
- Propose improvements to sales processes and collateral
- Complete market research to identify target audiences and build messaging campaigns
- Deliver a weekly sales pipeline and forecast report
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Stay current on relevant technologies and complete required sales certifications
What You Will Need
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience in IT Services with mid-market accounts
- Proven experience prospecting and demonstrating value to clients
- Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure (e.g., firewalls, servers, backup systems) and how they drive business outcomes
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, web conferencing, and other relevant applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, NIST 800-171, CMMC)
- Sales certifications in Okta, Azure, Office 365, AWS, or similar platforms
