Job Description:
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the VP Internal Audit and Director IT Audit in leading Forensic Services within the Audit Department and perform IT and Cybersecurity Audits. As the Forensic IT Audit Manager, you will lead forensic and data analysis initiatives to support the Compliance and Internal Audit Departments, focusing on uncovering fraudulent activities, compliance breaches, and cyber-related risks. In addition to forensic investigations, you will conduct IT and Cybersecurity audits to ensure robust security measures are in place. Furthermore, you will drive business intelligence projects by interpreting auditor requirements, leveraging data analysis, and developing solutions to address complex business challenges. Your role will be pivotal in translating data into insights to enhance decision-making and audit effectiveness."
Forensic Investigations and Data Analysis:
- Use data analysis and forensic techniques to detect anomalies, identify cyber and financial discrepancies, and produce clear, actionable reports.
- Conduct in-depth forensic investigations related to whistleblower allegations, digital fraud, and compliance violations.
- Retrieve, preserve, and analyze data from diverse sources, including digital devices, emails, ERP systems, and databases.
Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Projects:
- Develop data analysis projects based on business requirements from auditors and stakeholders.
- Utilize machine learning models and advanced analytics to identify trends, detect fraud indicators, and support audit findings.
- Create and refine solutions for processing large datasets, enhancing the accuracy and integrity of data-driven insights.
- Review the compliance with applicable Laws and Regulations
Process Improvement and Optimization
- Optimize tools, processes, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and quality of data analysis.
- Apply advanced tools (Power BI, Python, SQL, RPA) to streamline data processing, analysis, and reporting.
IT and Cybersecurity Audits
- Assist the Director of IT Audit and VP, IT in executing an integrated, value-adding IT audit function via the IT General Controls and Cyber Security Controls
- Execution of global system-wide risk management function of the information security program to ensure information security risks are identified and monitored. Audit of individual IT audit engagements including operational audit and SOX testing including planning, performing and analyzing audit results using an integrated audit approach which concentrates on high-risk areas, and review of both IT operational and cyber security controls.
Continuously evaluate and update forensic and audit processes to enhance fraud detection capabilities and address emerging cyber risks
Qualifications:
Experience and Skills:
· 5+ years of experience in data analytics, forensic investigations, or IT audit roles.
· Proficiency in Python, SQL, RPA, and machine learning models.
· Experience using Power BI, Power Automate, and other data visualization and analysis tools.
· Strong knowledge of forensic investigation techniques and data preservation standards.
· Familiarity with cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance standards.
Desirable Skills:
· Experience with Agile methodologies and SAP information systems.
· Ability to interpret complex data and provide insights that inform business and audit decisions.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly in forensic and compliance audit contexts.
· CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) Certification
· CISA, CISSP or CISM Certification a plus
Soft Skills:
· Effective collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.
· Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to fraud risk assessment and process optimization.
· Commitment to upholding data integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all forensic and data-driven activities.
Travel:
· Between 25%-50% travel is required
