The Holy Family School of Faith is a well-established Catholic non-profit organization with a mission to eliminate spiritual poverty by helping people strive for conversion and holiness. For the past 20 years, we have succeeded by cultivating a highly entrepreneurial culture and establishing a solid financial foundation. We are now seeking an accomplished Director of Operations to scale our ministry to new heights.
Position Summary:
The Director of Operations will translate our vision into actionable plans and sustainable growth. This individual will be responsible for managing daily operations including developing the Team and organizational processes to meet our goals. The ideal candidate will have accomplishments demonstrating strategic and tactical skills and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Development and Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team aligned with the organization's mission and values. Foster a collaborative culture where every team member contributes to our success.
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement scalable operational strategies, processes, and systems that achieve the organization's long-term goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing processes, systems, and team performance to drive growth and innovation.
- Project Management: Oversee key projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Risk Management: Develop and maintain systems to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Partner day-to-day with the organization's visionary leader to ensure the operational plan supports the overall strategic direction.

- Proven experience in a senior operations role
- Strong track record of implementing systems and processes that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of and commitment to the Catholic faith and the organization's mission.
