Job Summary: The CPSE RS/ SEIT Project Manager is responsible for working collaboratively with the CPSE IEP Manager and Case Managers to ensure all children receiving services through the CPSE Department receive high quality services which meet all state, County, and federal expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance responsibilities including, but not limited to, internal case audits, parent surveys and review of concerns regarding cases.
- Working closely with supervisors in the field to ensure all paperwork is processed in a timely manner.
- Conduct data entry responsibilities as needed
- Review and analyze available reports regarding the consistent provision of services and report regularly to the Program Director and the Director of Finance.
- Work with the Accounting Department to provide the necessary data to complete the CFR
- Conduct regular monitoring of therapist productivity to ensure approved services are provided consistently and communicate any identified concerns to the appropriate IEP Manager or Case Manager.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise throughout the life of a case.
- Remain current and ensure all cases meet state and county regulations
- Provide any needed coverage or assistance to the CPSE Department as needed
- Other duties as assigned by Director

Qualifications and Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook a must.
- Strong analytical skills
- Successful experience working in a high-volume work environment where organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to travel to and from assigned work events including but not limited to driving a personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
- Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
- Occasionally moving and/or lifting objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds such as files or copy paper.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the workday working on a computer/electronic device.
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
