PTW is hiring a local Gasfitter to join our team in Lloydminster, Alberta.
A DAY IN THE LIFE…
- Install, commission, and inspect/test operation of burner management systems and diagnose faults.
- Calibrate components and instruments.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work and complete test and maintenance reports.
- Executes maintenance activities and stays up to date with applicable government regulations.
- Performs all combustion services duties and attends to all the needs in the field.
- Prepares formal combustion reports for clients and internal use.
- Recommends combustion equipment and services improvements and upgrades.
- Consults with members of the combustion team on field codes and environmental emissions.
- Performs a variety of business administration duties.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess construction and maintenance experience.
- Must be a certified Journeyman Gasfitter – Class A or Class B
- Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team.
- Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work).
- Excellent communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to work safely.
TICKETS REQUIREMENTS
- Must have valid safety tickets (CSTS-20, H2S, Standard First Aid, CSO)
- A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
