Dianne's Fine Desserts in Le Center, Mn has an opening for a Stager-Monday-Thursday, Occasional Friday 3:30pm-2am. There is a $3 shift differential for 2nd shift.
About the position: This position kits ingredients and keeps the lines stocked to run product.
- Store and stage ingredients according to company processes and formula specifications.
- Ensure proper ingredient labeling procedures are being followed.
- Must maintain a clean, safe and sanitary work area.
- Ensure all required departmental checks are performed as required.
- Completes all paperwork timely and efficiently.
- Participates in Continuous Improvement projects and processes.
- Participate in the GFSI/FSSC22000 yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures & corrective actions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Forklift/Pallet Jack experience preferred
- Troubleshoot issues with little supervision.
- Works independently
- Proven ability to read, write and communicate in the English language
- Proven use of basic math skills
- Must be articulate, tactful and professional at all times
- Self-motivated individual
