Reports to: Construction Project Manager

Classification: Seasonal, Part Time, Non-Exempt

 

Summary

The Construction Worker will assist with a variety of tasks on our construction projects, performing general construction labor, which will include skilled and unskilled duties.

 

Essential Functions

• Assist with onsite construction including trenching, installing underground utilities, installing campsite electric panels & pedestals, installing sewer lines, and sewer hookup connections.
• Assist in construction rehabilitation of existing buildings & construction of new buildings including set up, anchoring & utility connections.
• Install water lines/valves & site connections.
• Install campsite border timbers.
• Clean up construction debris.
• Install ground repair/grass seed/straw & final landscaping.
• Assist with final grading/raking/gravel & sites.
• Mowing/weed trimming/tree trimming & landscaping duties.
• Maintain equipment carts/mowers/trimmers & blowers.
• Assist all other construction employees as business requires

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building and construction processes.
• Detail oriented with experience on construction projects.
• Construction knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and basic construction tools/equipment.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and good initiative.
