Are you ambitious, self-driven, and eager to transform the way customers view compact construction equipment? Southeastern Equipment is searching for a Compact Equipment Sales Representative to focus on building relationships and growing sales within the landscape, nursery, and agriculture markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on uncovering leads, delivering engaging demos, and driving revenue growth. The territory for this role is CUYAHOGA and part of Medina County. Qualified candidates must reside in the territory.
You will manage a mix of scheduled appointments and on-the-spot customer visits, equipped with a truck, trailer, and some of the best compact equipment in the industry. Your goal? To establish trust, showcase value, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Develop and strengthen relationships with landscape, nursery, and agriculture customers, as well as contractors and other key stakeholders.

Conduct on-site demonstrations to showcase the advantages of compact equipment, emphasizing its practical applications in landscaping, agriculture, and nursery operations.

Case Equipment: Mini excavators, compact track loaders (CTLs), skid steers, and compact wheel loaders.

Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities, leveraging existing networks to drive business growth.

Please keep in mind that the posted pay range represents the range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual hourly/salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location, certifications, and skill development and potential bonuses.
