Swim Lessons Coordinator

Duties:
- Manages Aquatic Center Swim Lessons Programs.
- Assigns staff to classes.
- Answers questions on levels and assists patrons in selecting classes.
- Coordinates with Aquatic Center Manager and Program Supervisor on staffing needs.
- Records and develops pass/no pass reports of swim lessons classes and delivers them to the Program Supervisor.
- Performs swim lessons program evaluations to determine if the program needs changes or updates.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of swimming and/or diving is required.
- Swim/Dive team experience preferred.
- Lifeguard certification.
- CPR Certified.
- Ability to arrive ahead of time and stay late depending on staffing situations.
Hiring Process
