About the Role

As a Talent & Culture Manager you will be responsible for leading and implementing internal practices and objectives that foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. This role emphasizes, inclusion, quality, productivity, and standards; achieving organizational goals; and recruiting and developing a top-tier workforce. The T&C Manager will regularly collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources teams to ensure alignment and integration of talent strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Development & Implementation of DEI Strategies: Assist in shaping and promoting the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: responsible for recruiting efforts for key positions across the organization, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success and oversee offboarding processes to gather valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention- Assist in development and implementation of strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through various programs and initiatives.
  • Brand Awareness & Industry Engagement: Actively engage and promote the company's brand recognition within industry-specific organizations (e.g., NAIOP, CREW, NAWIC, etc.) to attract potential talent and partnerships.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Ability to write clear and concise reports, business correspondence, and effectively present information to various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and deliver written or oral instructions effectively.
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience with event planning or social media platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR, talent management, or similar role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

An employee's compensation level within the range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location, experience, relevant education, qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance. *Bonus pay based on percentage of salary, adjusted by company and individual performance.
