We are specifically looking for former or current personal trainers who are looking to transition into the insurance industry

ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS OF WORKING WITH NORTHERN STARS FINANCIAL

Unlimited Commission Earnings.  Average first year earnings are just over $80k, and many of our rookie agents (most of whom have no prior experience) earn over $100k their first year.  Average earnings 3+ years range between $150k-300k+

Lifetime-Vested Renewal Commissions.  Once you’ve been with our agency for 2 years, if you ever transition to a different career, you will get paid renewal commissions on your entire book of business for as long as your clients retain their insurance policies.

Leadership Promotions Based on Performance.  From training new agents, to leading local sales teams, or overseeing regional or national sales teams, or owning your own agency, all promotions are objective and based purely on performance, not time or tenure. 

On-The-Job Training with Top Producers.  We believe in leadership by example, hence why our training program is built on you having the opportunity to shadow top performers in-the-field as well as having them shadow you. 

Regular 1:1 Mentorship.  Everyone does better when they have dialed-in goals and great leaders who are invested in their success, hence why we have a regular cadence of goal setting, goal reviews, and 1:1 coaching.

2-3 Incentive Trips Per Year both domestically and internationally.  We believe in working hard AND playing hard, and the power of being part of a culture that does both. 

Stock Bonuses.  High earning potential is great, but what’s even better is getting to own a part of the company you’re helping to build and grow.  You can earn stock bonuses each quarter through individual production as well as through leadership performance.
