Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Home Care Experience a must (Minimum 1 year) 
  • Participate in on-call rotation as assigned (On call hours are 4:30p-8:30a weekdays & weekends)  
  • Customer Service and/or Employee Relations experience a must
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to build relationships with our customers and employees to ensure their needs are being met
  • Self-starter who is eager to take initiative, pays attention to details and exceeds customer expectations
  • Takes ownership of problems and is creative in finding solutions
  • Exhibits a high level of professionalism and emotional maturity
  • Compassionate and dependable
  • Bilingual English and Spanish a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm 
  • Serves as a liaison between our customers, employees, and Directors.
  • Interacts with customers to understand their needs and ensure that the most qualified staff are assigned to meet their needs.
  • Interacts with staff to ensure appropriate assignment to cases based on skill sets, schedules, and work availability.
  • Responsible for accurately scheduling qualified caregivers and arranging for the uninterrupted continuing care of the customer.
  • Maintain constant communication with the operations team to actively schedule staff to meet customer needs and to ensure the accuracy of staffing schedules.
  • Accommodate and arrange coverage for employee absences including personal time off by coordinating with available staff.
  • Provide customers and families with information on schedules, coverage, and staff substitutes.
