Senior Director of Hospitality
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Director of Hospitality for a Private Investment Firm with offices in Menlo Park, San Francisco, and New York City. Our goal is to hire a leader who knows how to deliver A+ hospitality. The right person understands what five-star service is and knows how to develop a team to deliver this experience to our guests and associates across all our offices.
Additionally, this person will prioritize a clean and organized space and will ensure our cleaning resources are executing at a high level. You appreciate a high level of taste and style and are able to contribute to the aesthetics of the office. This person will have a knowledge of food and will work with food resources to keep our offerings at a first-class level.
Responsibilities:
- Proven leadership in inspiring and training multidisciplinary teams, including workplace, facilities, and hospitality professionals.
- Commitment to consistently delivering high-quality service and hospitality standards across all areas.
- Develop our current team and engage/manage vendors.
- Expertise in integrating hospitality principles into the workplace to create a seamless, welcoming environment for employees and guests.
- Strong organizational and design skills, ensuring spaces are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and meet operational and budgetary expectations.

- This individual is poised, sophisticated, and confident, with a high level of emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills that enable effective interactions at all levels.
- Highly adaptable and resourceful, they thrive in complex, fast-paced situations, maintaining focus on achieving results.
- With extensive experience in elite, high-design environments, private services, and estate management, they possess a profound appreciation for aesthetics and luxury.
- Authentic and values-driven, they demonstrate integrity, humility, and a commitment to fostering mission-focused work environments.
- The individual is open to extensive travel to New York and throughout Northern California.
- They express a strong preference for residing in the Bay Area.
Schedule: The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, aligned with regular office hours. There is flexibility to accommodate additional hours in the evenings or on weekends, as needed.
Compensation: The range for this position is between $285K and $385K, based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include PTO (paid vacation, personal, or sick time) that is accrued over time. Additionally, standard paid holidays are provided.
