Work requires the knowledge and skills necessary to understand comprehensive needs and dynamics surrounding working in an organization that serves individuals with behavioral health needs in a community-based setting.
Under broad supervision, performs administrative duties associated with statistical, financial, or operational data analysis and reporting. May partner with other departments, divisions, outside agencies, and vendors to address business issues. May provide support for various projects, grants, contracts, implementation of procedures, and/or specialized functions. Integral in the coordination, compilation, and development of data regarding client level and program level outcomes associated with key performance indicators.
Staff should be able to:
- Works under the direction of the Deputy Director to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Meets with clients to conduct assessments in person and via telehealth platforms.
- Enters, imports, and maintains related data using spreadsheets and/or databases; aggregates data to create tables, charts, and reports.
- Assists with the collection and summarization of data/information to communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.
- Assists with the development of outcome definition and data collection methods that enable programs/clinical teams to measure and improve clinical outcomes.
- Develops and/or generates various types of reports to analyze programmatic data, outcomes, and trends collaborates with Deputy Director, URUM, Clinical Management, Executive Leadership as needed.
- Demonstrates ability to execute projects with a focus on high-quality results within assigned deadlines.
- Serves as a liaison between management and others, such as, departmental staff, the public, and outside representatives.

Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical team members, gather data, assess and analyze data trends, provide reporting around trends, problem solve, build sound reporting mechanisms and strategize to maximize the use of data in a way that is uniform, standardized, and useful in the development of programs, initiatives and achievement of policy adherence.
