Program Manager

Summary

The Program Manager will support the operational needs of key accounts in Europe from one of our US facilities. This role bridges cross-functional departments with the TMS Europe Sales team to ensure seamless execution of order backlogs, provide operational oversight, and deliver superior service to selected key accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison for selected key accounts in Europe, supporting the European BDMs.
  • Ensure backlog items are processed and shipped on schedule while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
  • Act as a coordinator between Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, and Quality Assurance to resolve account-specific issues efficiently.
  • Analyze customer requirements and generate actionable plans to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of account activity and project timelines with the local European teams.
  • Provide operational input to support customer meetings, including preparation of progress reports and status updates.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies in scheduling, product quality, or customer communications, ensuring swift and satisfactory solutions.
  • Stay informed on compliance and regulatory standards applicable in the European region.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in RF interconnect products, coaxial cable, or related technical fields is preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, program/project management, or engineering in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable working independently while ensuring alignment with European and US-based teams.
  • Familiarity with European market regulations and cross-cultural collaboration is a plus.
  • Regular travel to Times Microwave Systems' factories in the US and India is expected to maintain alignment with production and operational processes.
  • Travel internationally to European customer sites at least 2-3 times per year, in alignment with the local BDM's strategic goals, to visit key accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and oversee operations
