How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and driving HR initiatives as part of the Human Resources team. You will work closely with the Corporate leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives. This role is hybrid based in Richardson, Texas.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborating with Corporate leaders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Talent Management: Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent within Corporate functions. Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Supporting managers in addressing performance issues and fostering employee development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administering compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company policies. Conducting benchmarking and analysis to support compensation decisions.
- HR Compliance: Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Training and Development: Designing and delivering training programs to support employee development and organizational growth. Identifying training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Developing and maintaining HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators. Providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Leading and participating in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance the employee experience.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably supporting Corporate functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
