Inventory Control Analyst

Position Summary:
We are seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in supporting purchasing and production efforts across multiple divisions by optimizing inventory turns, improving accuracy, and reducing aged or obsolete inventory. The ideal candidate will work independently as well as collaboratively to ensure smooth inventory management and support our operational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Approve purchase orders
  • Create part numbers, routes, and bills of material using Microsoft AXAPTA
  • Manage item master and bill of material tables
  • Plan, coordinate, and analyze physical inventories
  • Prepare and present monthly reports
  • Maintain accurate vendor pricing records
  • Utilize and train on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and production concepts
  • Develop and maintain product configurator software
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A 2-year degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory
  • Experience with Microsoft AXAPTA and MRP systems is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
