General Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team at our Aurora, CO location. This position involves operating equipment and performing hands-on tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Operate and maintain laminator machinery, performing routine adjustments and basic upkeep.
• Safely lift and handle fiberglass insulation rolls, repackaging them as needed (up to 100 lbs).
• Load and unload trucks, handling products and materials efficiently.
• Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products within the facility.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and handle physical labor.
• Experience with forklifts and industrial machinery is a plus.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Must be able to work well in a team and maintain a positive work ethic.
