2025 Summer Associate Program - 1L General Pool
UB Greensfelder is looking for top first year law school talent to participate in our 2025 Summer Program.
Law students who are hired for the Summer Associate Program will be assigned the same kind of work that is typically given to first year Associates. This ‘real world’ work experience is the best way of showing Summer Associates what they can expect to do on a daily basis if they accept full-time employment at the Firm. Summer Associates who have completed their first year of law school are typically part of the “general pool” so that they can receive assignments from a variety of transactional and litigation based practice areas in order to explore areas of law that appeal to them. The Firm’s Summer Associates receive training, professional development support, and many opportunities throughout the summer to network and socialize with peers, attorneys, and staff. UB Greensfelder also offers competitive compensation and benefits and takes great pride in the work-life balance all of our employees enjoy. For the summer of 2025, we are seeking students who, at this time, have an interest in either Business Litigation or Corporate/M&A longer term that will graduate law school in 2027. This Summer Associate will be located in our St. Louis office.

The application period will be open until March 7th.
