Position Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Housekeeper for a client with a beautiful residence in Coconut Grove, Miami, FL. The Housekeeper will work alongside the established team that includes a House Manager and several other Housekeepers.
The successful candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and speaks fluent English.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks following the schedule provided
- Report to the House Manager noting any issues that need attention
- Perform laundry duties including handwashing and ironing
- Wardrobe management including packing and unpacking for travel
- Work as a team with the other Housekeepers and team members
- Assist with gracious entertaining, serving at the table when needed (service training offered)
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a Housekeeper in a fine home
- Excellent, verifiable references
- Exceptional hands-on cleaning and laundry skills
- Self-starter who enjoys their work
- Positive and pleasant personality, gets along easily with others
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Schedule:
This is a full-time, year-round position.
Generally, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with the flexibility to cover an evening or on a weekend upon request.
Compensation:
Compensation of $50-$55 per hour.
