Join our team as a Quote Processor/Estimator and play a key role in the quoting process, material ordering, and job set-up to ensure timely project completion.

About Us:
With over 20 plants nationwide, we are the largest producer and distributor of a full line of metal building insulation materials and accessories. We are also the largest producer of custom-laminated metal building blanket insulation in the United States. Our strategic locations across the country ensure that we can deliver quickly and efficiently to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide material estimates for sales/customers in a timely manner
• Meet deadlines and adhere to scheduled delivery dates
• Perform material take-offs from job estimates
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Builders, and District Sales Managers
• Coordinate the ordering of materials and follow up on deliveries as needed
• Oversee job flow, delegating tasks and following up to ensure smooth progression
• Utilize excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with Sales Representatives and customer contacts

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction, insulation, or metal building industries preferred
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to read basic blueprints or a construction background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Willingness to learn and navigate multiple software systems
• Previous estimating experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Knowledge of "Division 08 Openings" architectural terminology is a plus
