Southeastern Equipment, a family-owned dealership that's been a trusted name since 1957, is expanding and looking for an energetic and driven Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) to join our dynamic team! With locations across Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, and West Virginia, we offer an extensive selection of equipment and attachments from 88 different lines.

What We're Looking For:
We need someone who is ready to engage with customers, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the growth of our parts and service sales. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients to provide technical expertise, promote aftermarket sales, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by visiting job sites and locations.
  • Promote Southeastern Equipment's services and products, addressing customer concerns and providing technical expertise.
  • Drive new business by following SEC's sales process—qualifying, quoting, and closing sales.
  • Identify and target high-value customers for parts, service, and machine sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services to offer the best customer solutions.
  • Participate in product presentations, customer clinics, and dealership meetings to educate and engage with clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED (technical or college degree preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, service, or parts.
  • Strong technical knowledge and mechanical ability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and internet navigation.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Total Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 per year (base salary + commission).
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and critical incident insurance, 401(k), paid time off (PTO), and MOTUS reimbursement.
