Technology Operations Leader
The Technology Operations Leader communicates with internal and external stakeholders, further developing client relationships, and supporting overall business unit growth. They'll establish a rapport with clients and promote Plan Group's solutions.
As a Technology Operations Leader, you will:
- Lead and manage the delivery of all technology engagements in the region
- Manage and mentor teams responsible for delivering technology solutions
- Oversee estimates, procurement and vendor partnerships in the region
- Design and implement new technology solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current technology solutions for clients.
- Liaison with customers and vendors on project governance and contract administration.
- Work closely with the Financial Controller for accurate forecasting.
- Work closely with the internal Technology team to align with national strategy
- Maintain regular client communication to ensure satisfaction and provide project updates.
- Coordinate efforts and support for the Business Development teams.
- Promote brand awareness through conventions, trade shows, and public relations.
- Maintain accuracy in CRM to support timely client engagement.
- Stay informed on new or emerging trends and technologies that provide clear benefits to the organization.
- Work collaboratively with the Equans Digital Canada and Global teams.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in technology solution design and deployment.
- Domain expertise in Commercial, Transportation and Healthcare Technologies.
- Direct experience in managing a Regional P&L with oversight on small, medium, large and complex P3 design/build projects in Canada.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong public speaking skills.
